Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct engagement with students, guiding them through the university application process, and helping them select the right courses and institutions. You will play a crucial role in increasing student enrolments by providing exceptional advisory services and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Student Consultation & Advisory:
- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and provide tailored study options.
- Explain UK university admission requirements, course structures, and application procedures.
- Provide detailed guidance on student visa applications, scholarships, and accommodation options.
Sales & Conversion:
- Convert student inquiries into successful enrolments by building trust and offering accurate information.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Market Expertise & Relationship Building:
- Stay updated on UK education trends, university rankings, and changes in admission policies.
- Build strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.
- Represent UAPP at student fairs, career expos, and educational events to generate leads.
Administrative & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing application documents, personal statements, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless application process for students.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or admissions within the UK education sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK university admission processes, visa requirements, and student life.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for events and work flexible hours during peak admission seasons.
