About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on paid campaigns, market research, content ideation, lead generation, content creation, social media management, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
- SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and attract organic traffic.
- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media outreach, to nurture leads and drive them through the sales funnel
- Content Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content ideas that align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and social media posts, to engage our audience and establish thought leadership.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, lead generation, and SEO.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay range: £35,000.00 to £45,000 per year depending on experience
