Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Manager - HEI at UAPP located in Islamabad Pakistan. The International Business Manager will be responsible for managing international business operations, conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing a sales team and ensuring global business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Able to develop a business plan in line with business goals and targets
• International Business Management, Market Research, and Business Strategy development skills
• Experience in managing international business operations
• At least 5 years managing and growing sales teams in the HEI sector is a must
• Experience in managing leads using CRM
• Able to set up and monitor KPIs, individual and office targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is a must for this role.
• Experience in the education sector or higher education industry is a must
• A network with local schools and stakeholders is a bonus
