• Licensed Sponsor: Your education provider must be a licensed sponsor with a track record of compliance.
• Visa Status: You must hold a valid Student or Tier 4 Visa at the time of application.
• Application Location: You must apply for the Graduate Visa while you are in the UK.

Courses Eligible for a Graduate Visa

Your course must fall into one of the following categories to qualify for a Graduate visa:

• UK bachelor’s Degree
• UK master’s Degree

• Law conversion course approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
• Solicitors Course in Northern Ireland
• Legal Practice Course in England or Wales

• Any course regulated by UK law or a UK public body

Things to Know About Your UK Visa Application
